Country Living Quick Dry Egyptian Cotton Towel Collection

I like to travel to the traditional American department stores to see what is new in the linen section.

At times, I am really surprised.  On my latest visit to Sears, I was introduced to two towels, who actually made the cut and came home with me.

The Sears Brand Country Living is an exclusive line made for Sears.  The towel was made in China and marketed as Egyptian Cotton; the brand label does not mention Egyptian Cotton, only 100% cotton.  This towel marketed itself as a Quick Dry Towel, which perked my interest since it was soft, durable and had the craftsmanship I appreciate.

The towel was lighter then expected, but had a nice thick dobe edge and trim.  Usually you don't see both the edging and trim the same, so that was a delightful find.  The loops were tightly woven but still gave a medium softness.

Sear's put out a nice towel that has pretty features and markets "quick drying."  I did not notice the towel dried any quicker, but I can see what they are referencing when you have towels that do not absorb.  This is an absorbent, nice looking towel.
