Ratings may be reduced if the quality of product has changed.
Ratings may be removed at the request of the product owner without any recipocation of negative feedback.
All items are hand inspected and utilized for no less than 3 months before an annual rating. At times, towels are reviewed at the request of an individual who believes their towel is special. While these wonderful towels have found their way into people's hearts, they may not make it to the final category for the annual rating.
Negative ratings are not given, however a less than exceptional rating may be viewed by some as a negative rating. If a towel is listed by the Queen of Towels, then the towel is an above standard towel and worthy of consideration by all consumers. Please remember, the rating system is a subjective review with the potentials of error.
